The re-mind regularly gives a short vibration. Every time you feel this, check your bad habit and replace it with a good habit, such as relaxing your jaw or maintaining good posture. The learning program in the re-mind ensures that your new habit becomes automatic.

The re-mind is very discreet. It is small in size, and only the user feels the vibration. You can wear it invisibly and the vibration can be set to 5 different settings.
