This re-mind helps you to be more mindful in life. By reminding yourself regularly, you can bring your thoughts back to the here and now. By doing this very regularly, you will notice that you go through life more calmly and confidently. With less stress and less worrying.
The re-mind Mindfull is set by default to the same interval as in Plum Village the gong is sounded. About 4 times an hour you are reminded that you now lives and that you can leave the past and the future for what it is.
You can also set the interval yourself if you don't want to use the built-in learning curve. Realize that these times are not exact but are conveyed with some variation.

The re-mind is very easy to set up and helps me a lot. I have periods when I sleep poorly, especially staying asleep is a problem. According to my exercise therapist, my body does not achieve deep relaxation because I run too much during the day. With the re-mind I rest more often during a working day. I let the buzzer go off every half hour and then I make sure I relax for a while.
