"Old habits are so ingrained in me"

Psychosomatic physiotherapist Mark ten Seldam on the re-mind

Working as a physiotherapist and coach, I am excited about the Re-mind.

I use the Re-mind myself and also recommend it to my patients and coachees. Old habits are so ingrained in me that breaking free of them takes time. I notice the same with my clients 😊. You know somewhere that you could do something more efficient in your attitude or way of thinking but .... yet you forget.

The re-mind helps remind me and my clients in a subtle way of what I/they would like to improve or achieve. It works much more pleasantly than a timer on my phone. The applications are numerous: with one client it focuses on breathing, with another on tense shoulders, tight jaws, posture such as standing upright/walking, etc. With another for grounding, paying attention to thinking patterns, learning to remember to compliment yourself, or learning to focus attention on Spaciousness. But the Re-mind is also a nice tool for meditation.I have attached the re-mind both with tape on arm/leg or belly or put the re-mind in my sock. In short: if you want to learn new routines, the re-mind is an indispensable tool in my eyes.
