The re-mind: Helps prevent teeth grinding and jaw clenching
It is difficult to stop grinding your teeth or clenching your teeth (bruxism). You just don't think about it. The smart re-mind regularly gives you a small vibration signal and reminds you not to grind or clench. Every time it vibrates, relax your jaw and gently place the front of your tongue against the roof of your mouth. This means your molars no longer touch each other. By repeating this over and over again, you structurally change your clamping behavior.

The re-mind helps to put an end to headaches and neck complaints caused by jaw clenching and... bruxism. By reminding the user not to clench, the re-mind can reduce tension in the jaws, addressing the root cause of these symptoms. Built-in learning program
The re-mind has a learning program for bruxism, in which the vibration is slowly reduced from 10 times per hour to 4 times per hour over 1 – 2 months. With daily use you will clearly feel the difference after a few days.
You can also set it yourself in 5 positions if you prefer.

Invisible
The re-mind is very small, only 8 mm thick, so you can easily wear it without feeling it. Only you will feel the vibration, so it won't bother you in company. When the re-mind vibrates, you immediately know: relax your jaws. You don't have to think about it. It also doesn't distract from what you're doing. A good and proven solution that is used by many dentists.
Safe
The re-mind does not work with an App and is not connected to the Internet. So you don't have to remember a password or install anything. The re-mind works completely independently and can therefore not register any private data. The battery is type CR2032, available at supermarkets and drugstores. It is easy to replace and lasts approximately 3 months with daily use. The re-mind has the CE mark and is therefore safe to use.

Ik gebruik de te-Mind nu een week. Een geweldig apparaatje, het is bijzonder hoe eenvoudig en toch zo doeltreffend. Alleen zou het wel heel fijn zijn als er een bijpassend koord bij geleverd zou zijn. In een broekzak zou ik hem zo kwijt zijn en om je pols is niet handig.

Je kunt de re-mind instellen dat hij langer trilt, zodat je hem beter opmerkt. Maar als je heel druk met iets anders bezig bent kun je de trilling soms niet voelen. Dat geeft op zich niet. Het gaat erom dat je heel regelmatig je kaken ontspant, het is niet erg als je een (paar) keer overslaat.
