“Feel vital for longer”

Manual neuro and reflex zone therapist Corine Tiemes about the re-mind

“It's very simple: sitting still for more than 15 minutes causes stiffness in muscles and joints. So you have to keep moving. All day long, not just during your weekly exercise hour. I call these 'conscious movements': quiet, small movements in a joint, which are performed regularly and with attention. Just wiggle your buttocks, turn back and forth on your feet: every movement is good. This 'lubricates' your joints, as it were, and improves the quality of your cartilage, thereby reducing or preventing complaints. You simply feel vital for longer.

The re-mind is a useful tool because you forget it yourself. I always show the devices to elderly people during my posture and movement lessons, after which they purchase them themselves. They often respond enthusiastically, just as enthusiastic as I am.”
